Return Policy

Please be aware that you are bound by this return policy when you purchase from our store.

Please keep in mind that you are purchasing a custom-made item. Even if there is no embroidery on your item, it is still considered custom-made since you are choosing the colors combination, size and other options related to the item you've purchased.

Colors on your computer depend on your screen model, resolution, brand and many other factors. If you have a specific shade of a color, ask us for a swatch before you place your order.

Material are different between vendors. For example the wool might be thicker or lighter at other vendors or in a jacket that you had seen in the past. Our leather might be different from a certain type of leather that you have just seen and you expect ours to be the same. If you have a pre-determined idea of a certain material, please ask us for a swatch before you place your order. All the above is YOUR responsibility. We still put the time and effort to make your custom-made item.

There are two cases:

First: We made a mistake in your item.
Solution: We make you a new item and send it to you free of charge. You will have to prove some pictures in some case to show the error or mistake

Second: We make the jacket exactly how you ordered it, but for some reason you want to exchange it for something else.
Solution: We will still remake you a new item even thought most of custom-made suppliers do NOT exchange any item. We do exchange it. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. The following are the conditions to exchange an item:

  • Within 1 month of your purchase date
  • The item has not been worn and it is in its original package
  • NO REFUND. We will make a new item, but no refund.
  • Pay 30% ONLY of the ORIGINAL item price plus S&H
  • Returning the item you have back to us on your expense

How to proceed if you have a product you want to return:

  1. Email us at the email listed below. Your email should contain your sales order number, item number and a brief explanation of the reason of your return.
  2. A customer service representative reviews the case and contacts you shortly.
  3. Depending on the case, further instructions will be given to you.
